Nina Bonelli is an Associate at BHPK Law, where she focuses her practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, civil rights, police misconduct and sexual assault cases. Drawing on her extensive background in both civil and criminal litigation, Nina brings a powerful combination of courtroom experience, strategic insight, and compassionate advocacy to every case.
Before joining BHPK Law, Nina was a trial attorney at a large personal injury firm in Boston, where she represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters and founded the firm’s sexual assault litigation practice. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County for over five years. As a prosecutor, Nina specialized in felony domestic violence and sexual assault prosecutions, securing hundreds of grand jury indictments and trying dozens of cases to verdict.
Nina practices in District and Superior Courts across the Commonwealth and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is known for her tireless dedication to her clients and her ability to navigate complex, sensitive cases with skill, power and empathy.
Nina earned her undergraduate degree from the Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her Juris Doctor from George Mason University Law School. She also completed a year of her legal studies at Boston University School of Law as a visiting student.
