Natasha Meserve is an associate at BHPK Law, practicing primarily in the areas of employment, civil rights, and insurance defense litigation.
Natasha appears frequently in the Superior Courts of Massachusetts, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also represents clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to joining BHPK, Natasha worked as Counsel at a major insurance company, where she represented policyholders, in both individual and business lawsuits, as well as first-party claims, motor vehicle accidents, construction and premises liability cases. She also represented the company on matters of breach of contract and auto body claims.
Natasha is a Suffolk University School of Law graduate. While in law school, she was a Note Editor on the Journal of High Technology and Law and was a member of the Health Law Clinic. She graduated from the University of Louisville, majoring in Psychology and Minoring in English Literature and Biology.
Natasha is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, board games and spending time with her friends and family. While in school, she was an active member of traditional Indian dance teams and played classical piano.
