Michelle Reid is an Associate at BHPK Law, where she focuses her work on defending public employees and entities in cases involving police misconduct, discrimination, and other complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining BHPK Law, Michelle served as an Assistant District Attorney for over five years in both Suffolk and Essex County. As a prosecutor, Michelle tried dozens of cases to verdict and secured multiple grand jury indictments. She was responsible for supervising District Court prosecutors and specialized in cases involving domestic violence, physical and sexual child assaults, and firearm prosecutions. Known for her poised courtroom demeanor, she developed a reputation with both the Bench and Bar as being a meticulous and skilled trial attorney.

At BHPK, Michelle practices in both the Superior Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also represents clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
