Michael Glennon is an associate with Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten. He is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in a variety of areas, including all manner of personal injury and tort claims, criminal law, construction site injuries, civil rights claims, sexual assault and sex-trafficking, and premises liability.

Prior to joining BHPK, Mike spent two years as a trial attorney for a Boston area personal injury law firm. Before that, he spent over a decade working for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, as both an Assistant District Attorney and finally, as Chief of the Juvenile Unit for seven years. In that role, Mike supervised a unit of six prosecutors handling youth and adult indictments and investigations of sexual assault, gang crimes involving firearms and significant violence, human trafficking, child pornography, and robberies. He investigated and prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases for the Commonwealth ranging from sexual assaults and human trafficking through homicide, indicted over one hundred cases, and conducted approximately sixty jury trials to verdict. In addition, he created and supervised the nationally recognized Juvenile Alternative Resolution (JAR) diversion program which utilized actuarial assessment tools to place juveniles in community programs that address their unique criminogenic needs.

Mike has practiced before the District Courts, Boston Juvenile Court, and the Superior Courts. He has also briefed and argued cases before the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.

In addition to his case work, Mike has been an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University Law School since 2022, teaching courses in professional responsibility. He is also a faculty member at the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy Workshop.

Mike graduated with honors (cum laude, Dean’s List) from Northeastern University in 2007. He received his law degree in 2010 from Suffolk University Law School, where he was named to the Dean’s List and was a Suffolk Public Interest Law Group (SPILG) Fellowship Recipient.
