Kaitlin Byrnes is an associate at BHPK Law, where she focuses her work in employment law, insurance defense, municipal law and government, sexual harassment and discrimination, and personal injury.

Kaitlin is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, she was a law clerk for the Department of Justice, Environmental Enforcement Section and for Massachusetts General Brigham. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Kaitlin graduated summa cum laude from St. John’s University with degrees in Homeland Security and Rhetorical Communications, while minoring in theology.

In her spare time, Kaitlin is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and practices ballroom dancing.
