Jaclyn is an associate at BHPK Law, practicing primarily in its municipal and insurance defense practice groups. She specializes in civil and administrative litigation. She has extensive experience representing municipal clients having worked in-house for the City of Boston, and has advised several elected officials and public boards and commissions on matters ranging from open meeting law to campaign finance law.
Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn worked in the City of Boston Law Department. During her time with the City, Jaclyn represented and advised numerous municipal departments, including the Boston Fire Department, the Boston Public Library and its Board of Trustees. Jaclyn has appeared in Suffolk Superior Court, Boston Municipal Courts, and has argued before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. She also appears before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Jaclyn graduated cum laude from Manhattan College in 2010, and from Northeastern University School of Law in 2018. She has been licensed to practice law since 2018.
