BHPK’s Michael Stefanilo, Jr., alongside Lenny Kesten and Deidre Regan, prevailed at the First Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of his client, the City of Somerville, on the question of whether the City’s termination of a police officer for a violent, off-duty altercation with a civilian, was lawful.
