internet “cybersquatting” domain-name theft
regulatory matters

Mr. Campbell also represents individuals and entities in employment discrimination, general liability, and environmental law matters. He recently represented a local police department and town in a civil rights action brought by a parent who objected to the enforcement of a child custody order. When the parent obtained a preliminary injunction in federal court to prevent the police from enforcing the order, Mr. Campbell appealed to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
