Gregor A. Pagnini

Gregor A. Pagnini is an associate with Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP.  He has represented clients in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Practice Areas

Mr. Pagnini concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of municipal liability, civil rights violations, premises liability, defense of personal injury, employment matters and general liability defense.

Prior Experience

Before joining Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten, LLP, Mr. Pagnini practiced with another area law firm, focusing on the defense of allegations of medical malpractice.  While in law school, Mr. Pagnini interned at the City of Boston Law Department where he worked with attorneys on government litigation and transactional matters, including employment, civil rights and land use issues.

Education

Mr. Pagnini is a graduate of Trinity College .  He obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2006.
